I received my order, but there's an item missing or damaged, what do I do?
Just email us at info@brokeassbeards.com and provide a photo of the damaged product(s) along with your order number. If a product is missing, please call us 515-867-4874 or email info@brokeassbeards.com and supply us with your order number and what product was not included.
How long does it take for my order to ship after I place an order?
We typically ship 3-4 days from time of placing order as most of our products are made to order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it ships?
After shipping, products can arrive at your door in as little as a couple of days. May allow a few extra days during seasonal holidays.
